Client Design Projects

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

Fluid Graphic Design retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, proofs, and unused design concepts.
Final approved artwork remains the intellectual property of Fluid Graphic Design until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specifically outlined in their project agreement or invoice.

Fluid Graphic Design reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, award submissions, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Welcome to Fluid Finds

Fluid Finds is the online retail shop of Fluid Graphic Design, LLC, offering original coastal-inspired apparel, artwork, gifts, accessories, and curated lifestyle products. By purchasing products from Fluid Finds, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Original Artwork & Coastal Designs

Many products sold through Fluid Finds feature original artwork and designs created by Fluid Graphic Design, LLC, including but not limited to:

These designs are protected by U.S. Copyright Law and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, scanned, digitized, traced, recreated using artificial intelligence (AI), sold, or redistributed without express written permission from Fluid Graphic Design, LLC.

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many Fluid Finds products are produced through trusted print-on-demand manufacturing partners.

Because products are custom printed when ordered:

Slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and printing may occur.
Product images are digital representations and may differ slightly from the finished product.
Manufacturing and shipping times may vary based on product availability and seasonal demand.

These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders.
Correct pricing errors.
Limit quantities purchased.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are generally considered final.

However, replacements or refunds may be offered if:

The product arrives damaged.
The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and should include photographs showing the issue.

Fluid Finds reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
